Image
Your thoughtful  smile makes me stay  a little while more than I really should Lost in space I am like Icarus, wings burnt-  I would fly over ethereal plain if I could-  To meet you at this stage of life,  The distances are understood, Of age  culture and traditions, You’  a flower and me, a piece of wood.  images  formed,  are shattered soon Time like dust ,vanishes over the moon, You inspire me and give me hope though  as friends for long I’m scared  of the scope What lies ahead what tomorrow brings  What, where, now’  I will not think, See the miracle of hearts and feelings With all the spaces, no family dealings- I am hopeful of good and beautiful things As shared in moments short and precious Your advice as a doctor full and sincere Given asked and unasked, without fee or fear We met as friends as friends should be Who make life joyful  light  and easy I will remember till he...

In Response to D'Verse ' Tree Poetry' ~ Do Trees Miss people ?

Image
Trees miss people too I know this as true for this year I have not been able to be with one we planted just outside our small cottage, I have not been able to stand close to touch it smile at it feel its leaves or remove the extra twigs that grow just like that because I was ill and on doctor's orders 'rest Only a few flowers bloomed perhaps to tell me that it is there for me no more blossoms have appeared I know they are waiting  for me to climb the stairs step on the terrace and console them to speak to comfort and smile- I have missed the communication with Nature as Nature seems to have missed me… O’Dear People ‘ See  The Truth  in Trees Flowers Rain Clouds and Birds- Who holds their wings as they fly high with the unseen breeze and then with a Message return to The Trees

Fear not for thou art free with one eye you may see in the darkness of the night  till sleepy sun wakes, to light evil dead that live to fight arise from coffins,  a zombie sight, moments of life tenderly tight blood sucking creatures  fine apparent features capped and covered out of sight,  O Blackbird protect your wings in the air are dangerous things you may feel  lighter but life is not light Beware !
